When I was a kid about 4 or so. My cousin had a little game called The Neverhood. It was a funny game, it was ALL claymation. However near the end... there was this fight scene between a giant robot with a huge green teddy bear, and... THE SCARIEST FUCKING THING I HAD EVER SEEN. This thing freaked me out as a kid. But now I think it's pretty badass.
